The Mallee Almond Blossom Festival Committee (MABFC) allocates sites at the Robinvale Community Centre on the Sunday of the Festival for vendors to sell their wares subject to the following terms and conditions:

All bookings are required online through the website. All details required can be entered online. The market is aimed at high quality produce and goods and the MABFC is able to refuse site allocation if the goods are not in keeping with the theme.

All site holders must notify the committee 7 days in advance if they will not be attending the market. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the fee.

  • Should I be successful in my application, I understand full payment is required within 14 days of receiving notification via a Letter of Engagement. I understand that failure to pay the stall fee within 14 days of receiving confirmation may result in losing my stall space.
  • I will submit up to date and necessary documentation such as Food handling Certificates and Insurance documents to MABF within the necessary time frames. I understand that all site holders must have current Public & Product Liability Insurance for a minimum of $10 million. This certificate needs to be submitted online via the MABF website.
  • I understand that Stallholders are responsible for the appropriate disposal of waste upon pack up
  • The Festival accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property of the Stallholder brought to the Festival; or injury to any person associated with the stallholder
  • The nominated fee will be paid in advance in order to secure a site. The schedule for sites is as follows:
    * 3x3 stall undercover in Robinvale Community Centre $40
    * 3x3 stall outside $40
    * Community organisations generating income on the day $20
    * Food vendors $60
    * Non for profit food vendors $20

On arrival, site holders must report to the information tent or a committee member to confirm site location.

* Sites inside the Robinvale Community Centre are limited. The Committee allocate vendors at their decision
on providing a variety of high quality of products.

For those who miss out on a site inside the Robinvale Community Centre, there will be ample outside space
but vendors will need their own cover, if necessary.
